Standard terms of Engagement for L M Photonics Ltd

• The project deliverables and expectations are to be clearly documented and agreed before the commencement of the engagement, either by contract or written acceptance.
  
  
• Client confidentiality will be strictly protected
  
  
• Unless by prior arrangement, time is charged on a daily rate, plus GST where applicable, invoiced monthly and payable by the 20th of the month following date of invoice.
  
  
• Traveling time is charged at 60% of normal time unless otherwise agreed. Costs will be based on travel from / to Christchurch New Zealand unless otherwise agreed.
  
  
• Agreed expenses such as travel, accommodation, meals, telephone calls, Fax messages, stationary, equipment and/or car hire, are charged at cost itemized on invoice.
  
  
• Vehicle costs in New Zealand are charged at 50 cents per kilometer, except for rental vehicle use which is charged at cost.
  
  
• In instances where travel may be combined with other business, traveling time, accommodation and vehicle costs will be apportioned evenly.
